"Pretty happy with my purchase and experience. The full set of tires I bought look nice and durable. Definitely will be making more tire purchases at Costco in the future. The wait time took a little longer than I expected. But I don't know how long it takes for something like this so I suppose a little over an hour may, indeed be reasonable. So I just kicked back and relaxed on one of their display sofas with my feet up flipping through Twitter/X."

"Terrible service. Waited 2 hours after making an appointment 2 weeks prior. Received phone call only to be told my lug nuts were over torqued and could not be removed. I torqued my wheels to 100lbft a month ago. According to Josh their impacts are limited to only 100ft lbs. (Many trucks are torqued well over that number so that doesn't make sense.) I am ASE certified and I work on my own vehicles, I don't have a tire balancer at home so I figured I'd go here only to be met with an all around abysmal experience and petty excuses. Waste of time. Disappointed"

"They were very helpful and straightforward with me. My tires and lug nuts were in bad shape and they were great. However, it did take almost 2 hours. So plan more time than you think."

"I wish I could give negative stars. Extremely disappointed with service. They opened the compartment in the trunk of my suv and left it a mess with something dangling underneath. Unprofessional and abysmal service. I talked to a manager and all he said was well sorry for the inconvenience. Yes it’s a huuuge inconvenience. I drive an hour one way to go to Costco and I’ve been a member for decades. After this experience I will not be going back and I will not be renewing my membership. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else!!"
