"I had my car towed in for a diagnosis and they said they would get to it within the week. It's been 4 months and I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No calls. No texts. they wouldn't answer my phone calls either. I Had to call a tow truck to get it finally. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS TO THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars."
"Not pretending to be glamping or anywhere close but we got a cabin so we could feel safe about the trailer and SxS on it, which you can't at a hotel. Good parking and basic but clean and tidy cabin. Did the job as expected."
"Awful. I recommend you stay away. Took our SUV in with an appointment to be looked at 3 weeks ago. Nobody has looked at it and no estimate despite assurances that they would get to it. Now they're not answering the phone or returning calls. So I've been without a vehicle for 3 weeks. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair company. At this point I just want my vehicle back. I will never use Peterson European again and I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY!"

"Some of the best service and repair I've gotten in my life. Had a suspension issue on a 2005 Land Rover and they tackled and repaired it, feels like a brand new car! I'll be taking many more of our vehicles there. John was very informative and went way out of his way to be available for information and explanations when requested. Very happy."
