"Very disappointed in drive and shine. Recently purchased a new car not even a year old and recently just got the VIP membership to keep it clean during the summer. The third time that I get my car washed I now have specs of my paint chipped off the exterior of my vehicle on the hood of my car on the top of my car, and on the side of my car that I know, for a fact was not on my new vehicle."
