"Was very disappointed after spending 3.5hrs at this Salon/Spa. Went for Pedi, Hair, Eyebrows, and hour massage and there was no heat the entire time I was there. Everyone was talking about it. It was frigid. Stylist and Massage therapist hands were icicles. It was not a relaxing "birthday mom day" at all. Stylist and Masseuse were polite and friendly, no fault to their own I guess that there was no heat. Probably will not go back even though staff was friendly."
