"I had Dana give me a full set and pedi. After telling her several times before she began my nails, I wanted my cuticles trimmed back well she never did that until after the acrylic was on my nails. Making it look horrible and setting me up to come back faster for a fill is not good ethics. Moving on to the pedicure, she made me bleed and didn’t say anything about it and then later my scab chipped off with the paint. Had a broken nail literally days after and went to get it repaired today and they could not match it to the same ombre. Safe to say I will not be coming back here again. Gave her a fat tip last time too."

"Have green mold under nail and tech is brusque and rude. If I ask her a question regarding my service I can tell it makes her mad. Hand massage is rushed and is anything but relaxing as it's supposed to be. Nails look great, but the tech lacks skills in relating to me as a valued customer. I've been coming for several months, observing the attitude and have finally had enough. I may try the owner, Kim, who is very friendly, and I hear does a great job with her client's nails. We'll see...."

"This is the second time I’ve been to Kim’s Nail Salon and both times the employees are terrible and rude. Received a full set and pedicure and the employee who did my pedicure was really rude and disrespectful and still didn’t do a good job doing my feet. If I’m paying my money I want what I asked for. But as for my full set it was done alright. I still paid for services but I will never come there again. Too many nail salons in Grand Rapids."

"This was not my first time.. However this will be the last time. I am a NYer and I visit often as my grands reside down here. The first time service was stella. This time..because I did want my nails done..(simple manicure)both the owner and the person who did my nail were terrible. We as the consumers MUST not continue to promote, engage nor spend our money in establishments that give poor and unsatisfactory customer service. I was talked about while in the chair and because I bought my own nail harder, that was a reason that my nails and toes were done terribly and the price was ridiculous. Word of mouth can be both a good and a bad thing. I will make sure to spread this news. I am ashamed to say what I paid!!"

"Wasn’t every impressed with the lady I received to do my nails. She seemed very rushed to have her down time left my nails uneven/ messed up on edges. By the time I got back to my seat to wait for someone she had her phone and air pods in :( I do want to say Kim herself does do an amazing job."
