"Customer service is bad. I felt very rushed did not took off completely the nail polish I had on before beginning. The shape of the nail was not done right. Very bumpy throughout the whole nail."

"I have been going to Gloss Nails on and off for 3 years now. I have had manicures, pedicures, and many full sets. When I first started going in 2020 I had really great experiences with the staff and quality of nails. Unfortunately my experiences have gone down hill steadily for the past year and a half. I was nicked pretty badly a year ago and stopped going for awhile. When I was ready to try a full set again, I came back and was given poorly shaped nails and charged significantly more than what I had paid for similar (better quality) nails about a year ago. When I got them filled, they did a much better job so I thought I’d give it one last try. Well I just spent 30 minutes sitting in the lobby after my scheduled appointment only to finally leave because I will be late to other appointments today if I wait any longer. Overall I have had some great experiences but the less than awesome experiences outweigh those heavily at this point."

"I love gloss nails! I’ve only been for a few times for pedicures before today and the store is always super nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Today I got some dip nails with extensions and a cute Halloween design and I LOVE them. The woman doing my nails (I didn’t catch her name) did a great job making sure the lengths and shapes matched and put a TON of attention to detail into the design :) thanks gloss!"

"Went here for the first time on a Friday. Was shocked they charge $47 just for a fill!! I could get a full set elsewhere with better quality. By Tuesday my middle finger nail paint started peeling off. Not even worth going back to have it fixed. Highly do not recommend this place. Your money will be spent better elsewhere."
