"We requested Matt to assist us in ordering and installing wooden Hunter Douglas blinds after having a lackluster experience attempting to get the other distributor in town to help us. He was proactive in communication, always on time, and had the full array of color samples. He was obviously an expert in the field, and the install was less than an hour (plus he took our old blinds with him for disposal). I also appreciated that he communicated via email instead of just by phone, as I am often at work and unable to answer calls. "Always accommodating. My brother Micah and I have a small group of commercial and residential rentals. We know to ask Svilands before making a product purchase to make sure we are using the right product for the application. We do travel to buy from them as they are invested in Escanaba's Downtown as we are invested in Menominee's Downtown. We recently did all of our exterior walls and previously did our interior walls all with Benjamin Moore from Svilands. Now working on the brick facade with sealant. U.P. Power!"

"Average store located downtown which is good. But they don't support many things related to the downtown. Called 5 times, left 5 messages and no reply. Not connect to the community like you'd expect a downtown merchant to be. Its important to care about your town that your customers live on. Building is clean and well organized, they just need to get their heart back in their business."
