"Took mom's lawn tractor in for service. (Bad idler pulley and regular stuff like oil, spark plug, filters etc. Very nice people polite and knowledgeable. Only reason I agree with a 4.7 instead of 5 stars is a dead battery. They really could have called and asked if we wanted that changed before I picked it up."
