"Hard time finding the items I was looking for and staff wasn’t very helpful, asked three employees before a fourth one finally helped me. Eventually found most of the items I wanted after circling the store several times and eventually gave up on finding the last few items. The best part about the store is they probably have everything for your craft needs/wants all in one place."

"I've been looking for the canvas Santa picture for a couple of years. Found it here in Escanaba. Fantastic. Only problem is, I live in Philadelphia. The manager went way out of his way to wrap this picture so I could get it back to my hotel. Turned me on to the UPS store close by, for shipping back to Pennsylvania. This store is a store, but it's the people that make it special. Thank you much Mr manager for setting a great example of what customer service should be."
