"Sent my truck there to get the brake lines replaced and alex told me it would be done yesterday by the end of the day, I get all the way up to Fremont and it still wasn't done. The mechanic wasn't even bleeding the brakes in the correct sequence. Started to head home after alex told me they couldn't give me a loaner, got all the way back to newaygo to get a phone call saying " he was distracted and would give me a loaner and that my truck would be done 1st thing this morning. I called and still not done and he can't promise it will be done today."
"I would give zero stars if at all possible. Alex is completely unprofessional in his way of handling business. Their cars are junk. Test drove multiple vehicles with many issues after being told the cars were working great. Lie to try and make a quick buck. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Shop elsewhere at all costs."

"Purchased a car from them and they lied about servicing the car the day I come to get it. In the month I had the car I put wheel bearings and brakes all the way around had a oil leak in the front that was a disconnected line they never notified me about. Car is junk vavle or rod is bad it could have killed me an ny 3 kids if it would have happened before I got off the highway that day!!! Do not buy from them it's the biggest regret you will have! I've already contacted my lawyer and working on getting all my money back for the death trap they let me an my children leave in!!"
"Total scammers!!!! They said they went through the truck they sold me with a "fine tooth comb", this is why the price went up twice! Only to have to immediately replace all brakes and a wheel bearing went out the 2nd day we drove it. The a.c. doesn't work because half of the a.c. compressor is missing, it was missing fuses, the dash light doesn't work, the horn doesn't work, the step side comes off when you step on it, the talelight is loose and broke, headlight is loose, the spark plugs have never been replaced for the life of the truck, the horn doesn't work, the diagnostic Outlet doesn't work so we can't hook it up to see what else is wrong with it. It's a total piece of carp, that I'm still paying on. I will never buy from them again!"
