"Went here because I thought I would try them out. Big mistake. They truly have no idea what they are doing. Lots of random, pointless walking around with no progress. Took an hour and a half to change my oil and there were only 3 cars total in that time. Total cluster at this site. I will never be back, that is for sure. I would give them a 0 but that wasn't an option."
"These guys were very busy with tires due to big snow storm that came in. I had called ahead but didn't have a reservation. They were super busy and backed up, but they were great about squeezing me in without a long wait, and the tires were also on sale. Saved me a big headache. My son is going to school at Ferris and was needing new front tires with bad roads, and we couldn't find anywhere to get him in. Walmart auto center saved us from risking bad roads with worn tires."
"Went in because they were the only place to get a tire on Sunday. Was told it has to be ordered but would be there Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and I have to call to ask about my tire. They then tell me it is still in Detroit and might be there by Friday. When I went in to get my keys one of the techs didn't even acknowledge my presence. Needless to say I won't be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else even if it would cost twice as much to go elsewhere. At least elsewhere it will get done when you are told."
