"I would just like to say, this is the first time I have ever owned Ford Product, my dad always spoke highly of Fremont Ford, he referred me way back in my younger years..for my first Ford, I have to say these guys explain certain elements..when I called , and got off the phone,, I said to myself damn, thats the first time that i actually spoke to a garage about an issue that i am concerned about, whenever I call a garage for an issue, everyone in my opinion in Musk County they talk so fast that ya can hardly figure out what they are saying...I should have listen to my dad!!"

"Be careful with your payments here. I bought a ford fusion hybrid here.paid 3000 down payment cash, finance got approved and delivered the car. After 6 months i got a call from fremont ford and told me you owe 1000$. Got surprised and immediately went to the showroom they replied me you paid only 2000$ cash down, so you owe 1000$ to the showroom. I spoke with manager what nonsense is this i already paid 3000$ to your sales person. Manager said you paid to the sales person not to the showroom, Sales person only deposited 2000$. So now you have to pay that 1000$. The sales person left the job so they want me to pay 1000$. My question is i paid money and submited all the documents to the sales person he took me to the finance manger, finance manager knows everything. But still they are saying you have to pay 1000$. And second question if i really owe 1000$ why they didn’t call me for 6 months ?do they really delivered the car without paying full down payment ? Finally they charged me 1000$ more from me . Got cheated for 1000$. Even i spoke with the owner of the showroom. He told me i will enquire and let you know. Never received a call from him. And he suggested me give the complaint in police station. I got cheated 1000$ here"
