"I want to let everyone know not to go to this station. I stopped to use the atm and the machine was kicked off line during my transaction. When the machine got back on line it did not give me my withdrawal, but it was taken out of my account. I waited in line to ask the clerk, she was extremely rude and didn’t want to call her manager until I made the comment about making a complaint against the store. Your Clark claim she is filling the atm, so I simply asked her to audit the machine. She tells me once again that she didn’t do that. Train your employees before going out of town."
"The employee stocking the store after close was a life saver. We took Google Maps' word that the Shell station in Kalkaska was open 24 hours a day when our low fuel light came on while pulling our trailer (meaning we had about 25 miles left and nothing had been open in the previous 30 miles). It wasn't open, but driving back through town, we saw her in the store. She was kind enough to open a pump back up for us, let us fill our tank, and allowed us to finish the rest of our trip to Graying. Thank you so much!!!"
"I never know if this store is going to be open or closed. It's advertised 24-hour but half the time it's not open past 1:00 am. Other than that I loveing here."
