"Communication really needs work. They did the wrong side wheel bearing, then when I came back to get the right side finished (after it had damaged my axle) they gave me a great price so I had them fix their mistake. Unfortunately it took them 4 days... and it wasn't until I picked my truck up that I knew why... my rack and pinion broke on them while they were workingon it... never got a call to tell me that... but their work seems to be holding up a few days after, and they did the rack replacement for free so I guess I can't complain too much. I did miss work twice in those 4 days, since nobody would answer the phone to tell me what was going on. Probably won't be back... Also, if you decide to take your vehicle here, I hope you live close... the only way I ever found out what was going on with my truck, was driving up there every day (they don't ever answer). Thankfully I'm right down the road... but I shouldn't have to go through that much..."
