"Our family had been looking for an old Ford E series van to convert to a travel van for some time and Victorian had one. Problem is we live in Texas. Luckily I was able to work out a trip to see clients and make the van purchase. Odd part was we live in Texas, so had to work it out over the phone. All of the crew there was extremely helpful. We flew into Traverse City and Wanda came to get my daughter and I the following morning to drive us to Manistee. It was a great conversation and we ran through the paperwork without a problem. After getting it checked out and road ready, we loaded up on drinks and snacks for the two day trip back. A few hours later when it got somewhat warmer in Illinois I noticed the Air Conditioning was not blowing cold. In lieu of making a pit stop that could have taken an extra day, I noticed the weather would cool off the following day and decided to make a run for it. I texted them about the AC and lo and behold Greg worked with me and the estimate I received for it he flat out said he would cut a check to me for. I would not have expected that but am glad to say that we made this purchase through V.C. Car Port, because it may be the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Great communication leading up to the day we bought it, and they have obviously been great in showing me they are an honest bunch. Highly recommend!"

They handled all the paperwork (titles, license, insurance transfer, ect.) and had the truck delivered and ready to go as promised. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and highly professional. I would highly recommend them for either a new or used vehicle.
