Don't worry if painting isn't your thing. They have a list of reputable contractors in the area they can refer you to. As a painter myself I've chosen time and time again to shop Hallman Lindsay over any other paint store. I even drive past other paint stores to visit my local HL store for the prices,for the people,for the experience!!!"
"Was just "Pretty Woman-ed" there. After explaining my project, looking for their advice on stain, the "expert" who seemed to know very little about their products, told me it was "a lot of work, and a lot of sanding" (thank you, I'm well aware of the scope of the project). He recommended that I try products from Menards or Ace. Apparently he's never heard of people staining pine. On a positive note, the store was clean and organized."
