"Stopped in today to get an Oil Change at the Quick Lube. Willy was the only one working in there. He got me right in and did the oil change himself cause he has know one else in there helping him. He is amazing. He was answering phones, dealing with other walk ins, and working on vehicles all at the same time. He's doing the job of 3 to 4 people with a smile on his face. Need to get him some help in there. Great job Willy."

"We were looking to upgrade one of our vehicles after the birth of our daughter. We had our eyes on a Ford Explorer Northwoods Ford had on their lot. We walked in and were greeted by Kendra. We spoke with Kendra about taking it for a test drive. She walked us out to the vehicle, while asking questions to get to know us and our needs/wants. She went through the entire vehicle with us, including how this vehicle differed from ours and what we could expect. She was extremely knowledgeable about what she was selling and knew the answers to all our questions. There was one service issue we noticed on our test drive, and the car was still under warranty. We asked if it could be fixed before buying the car.
