"Purchased a vehicle from out of state over the phone because of their convenient delivery option and I was 8 months pregnant. Vehicle was listed on their website for $28,000 and they ended up financing $52,000, rushed through the online document signing so that we were not aware and then didn’t deliver the vehicle on the date they gave me. I had to drive half way to meet them to get it. Also, one of the charges they added was a $7,500 service contract that they did not ever produce information for me to activate. So that was theft. And then they offered an extended warranty that they doubled the offer price when adding it to the loan. I really should have hired a lawyer however I had a baby in the NICU for the next month and children at home and I just didn’t have the wherewithal to move on it at the time."
