"I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem. Currently I have a 2-year-old battery with a 30-month replacement warranty that's dead and they won't honor it. I have the receipt but their tester says the battery is a little bit low but test good. I tries the suggestion of charging it up at home. Next day click click click. Doesnt take a much smarts to know the battery is the issue. Every time I try and start my car it goes click click click which is exactly the same thing that happened before I bought this battery. Click click click means your battery is poor and it's time to replace it. Auto zone at least honors what's written. Chris I did come in so you could prove you would earn 5 stars. When I called, your people said I would need to goto interstate direct to get warranty service. I thought going local business was good for the community not so much here. I would avoid this business."
