"My Cadillac has a problem with engine, when it switches from 6 cylinders to 4, pushing gas pedal slowly the vehicle starts vibrating, I described this behaviour when I came to their service and asked for diagnostic. They called me and told that everything works fine and diagnostic does not detect any issues. I came back to the service and showed the problem to the mechanic, in 3 days they told me that the problem is with exhaust pipes and it will cost me $1300 to fix, but I am pretty sure that it is not, so I sent an email asking them - what if I pay you 1300 for fixing the problem and the issue will not disappear? The didn’t reply me few days so I just came to get my vehicle back, because I was renting different vehicle for 1 week. I paid $100 for nothing, aaand, driving to home I noticed an extraneous sound that was not there before, and this sounds has nothing to do with vibration because I can hear it every time pushing the gas pedal. I do not know what they did, probably they were trying to fix the exhaust pipe (which was OK) but they broke something. As a result 1. Wasted time 2. Broken exhaust pipe 3. Issue with engine is not fixed end no diagnostic results 4. Paid $100 for nothing 5. Spent money for car rental."
