"Very Poor Service, Came In For A Pedicure & Manicure. Massage Chair Broken, Foot Scrub Brush Old, Nail Tech Disregarded Everything I Asked. French Tip Toes Are A Classic It Should Be Rocket Science To Square Someone Toes & Add A Sheer Pink Base. Photos Online Are Very Deceiving. Then They Only Gave Me A $5 Discount For Half The Job. I Was So Upset I Just Left With Just A Base Coat On My Toes."

"During my pedicure the technique wiped the skin on foot harshly scraping my foot the second tome she did it I requested another technician. I asked for bright white I got it later for my nails then was told I should have asked for it. I did!! On the way out I told the owner about my bad experience and wrong color. She said they didn't understand. The customer service and English is bad! When I returned for polish change she said if would be $25 and would not compromise! Avoid this place. Anthony is best technician the others suck!"

"I had a wonderful experience at NC nail spa today! I've gotten acrylics here 4-5 times before, and service has been exceptional. The attention to detail was meticulous, my technician catered to the exact shape and thickness I wanted for my nails. I am so happy about this set!"

"Negative 5 stars. The management is rude. I decided to give them another chance but they do not do quality work. They use cheap products. We need to stop patronizing business like these. My nails were done in shellac under a week ago and chipped/lifted terribly. They get stuck in my hair and clothing. I went back in after vacation and the manager said that his policy is 3 days although shellac is supposed to last 2 weeks. I didn’t argue. I just mentioned that I will visit the nail shop down the street from now on and I will. They talk junk about other customers to current customers. Very unprofessional. They come in to our communities to do business but treat us terrible. No not go here to get you nails done. The lady who is about to do my new shellac peeled these right off. That should never be able to happen. CHEAP!!!"
