"Racist they treated me like I couldn’t afford to pay for my nails and toe’s because I got a phone call where I had to share my personal information I asked him to stop for a second I walked towards the front where nobody was they all came up like I was about to run out without paying I literally had no shoes on my pedicure wasn’t even finished I had no polish on my too big toes where they thought I was going? I gave them my card and it was still a problem the nail tech was extremely rude yelling at me and disrespectful I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 9 years old I’m in my 30’s I’ve never been treated so poorly. This place needs to be shut down ASAP"

"To be fair, entire service was $13. But all I had done was an acrylic set removal. They drilled into my real nail bed multiple times making me cry. Would pay much more to never experience that pain again."

"Had a great experience at Custom Nails for Valentine's Day. Hana did my nails; she was super meticulous with making my nails perfect without taking a lot of time to do them, and was kind and personable (even though I changed my mind a few times on the details I wanted before she started painting). Price was very affordable and appropriate for the level of service provided. Highly recommend her and Custom Nails to anyone looking for nail art or acrylics as she did an excellent job. I stopped there on a whim and I am so glad I did."

"I will never go back to them, I went to them my first time last week just because they were near my grandmother’s house and I got I got an acrylic full set with shellac polish, now my nails are already starting to lift and come off I just went to them yesterday to have a nail fixed and they had the nerve to charge me $5 for something that’s their fault now 2 more of my nails are lifting today but I won’t be going back to them SMDH and they all move around at the tables the same people don’t be at the same table again. The day I went I was sat at table 14 a man did my nails then when I called she was saying a man with glasses was at the table and the guy who did my nails wasn’t wearing glasses. I also go my lashes done too and they’re also kinda lifting. For this to be my first experience with them it’s very bad."
