"I had a horrible experience with this mechanic, the used car sales shop I purchased my vehicle from coerced me into taking my car there when it stalled on the highway while I was driving it within two months of purchase. (A whole other story, but it’s an automatic car and this was wildly unsafe for a just purchased “safetied” used vehicle from a reputable used dealership). Automotive gave it back to me and said it was ‘just low oil, and to do my oil changes every 4000k instead of the recommended 8k’. This stalling while driving 100+km/hr happened twice more within the next 60 days and was returned to me once more - “just the oil” - before I finally tried to speak to the owner himself in person instead of their admin/front of desk. He yelled at me for nearly an hour while also explaining/admitting that the first time my car had come in it they realized it needed a whole new engine and was unsafe to drive - but that the used car lot (that he has some sort of partnership with) had told him to give it back to me anyways and also that somehow none of this was his fault and that I was the unreasonable one in this whole situation even though I’d been sent back on the road with an unsafe vehicle. It’s also worth noting that this is the same mechanic who safetied this vehicle for the Used Car Dealership I bought it from. (cedar auto). Somehow this shop still has a license to do business on cars, but I would never recommend anyone take their car here."

"Called for a ballpark quote to do brakes on my 2009 truck. Was told the ‘mechanic ‘ was on break and that he didn’t like to work on older vehicles. Likes to keep everything 2015 and up. What a pre-madonna. Must be nice to dictate what you will and won’t work on."
