"This is my first time here, and I have to say I will definitely be back. There was customers in the store that made the trip less than favorable arguing with the staff, but that's on the customers, not the staffing. The staff was very respectful and responsive to the customers even when they was being argued with."
"definitely going down hill. Im not sure if the nail tech was in a rush but he was very aggressive and didn't listen. i asked for square round and got square. i choose a shelllac color and i guess their display was old so it looked like a totally different color. Im not quite sure where they wanted me to look to determine what color. I wanted a nude and he acted like he did not know what that one's found me a brown and painted over the color i didn't like instead of changing the color and ofcouse you can still see the original color underneath. Shapes and length i different from both hands. poor service"
"My issue is not with the salon but with the nail tech booth 11. I request powder on my natural nails. The tool she was about to use was not for natural nails so I stopped her. She became rude because I kept explaining I want a powder on my natural nails. She walked off, thank goodness. Because she didn't want to accept her error. Luckily another tech took over. Because if not I wouldn't ever return to this salon again. She never apologized for her know it all attitude."
"I hear so much good things about this nail shop but when you go you do not get the service that you were supposed to get what you asked for you do not get I got my nails did on 20 August today they’re lifting all of my nails are lifted I will not be coming back, so I hope whoever is having a good experience there continue because my experience was not very pleasant. Thank you for not doing my nails as I asked."
"Terrible experience. I noticed my nails had bubbles from improper application shortly after leaving shop. I called to remedy the situation, and was told I had to come in the next day which did not work for my schedule as I was traveling out of state. They told me they could not do anything if I could not come in that next day because they “would not know it was me”, despite the receipt, phone calls & photos I have IN the shop with time stamps. Poor quality & poor customer service all while overcharging. Take your money elsewhere."
