"Normally I would prefer this place and I still do when it comes to regular oil changes. With that said, DO NOT GET TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGED UNLESS THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE A BRAND NEW MACHINE FOR IT. I watched this guy struggle with the machine to get my transmission fluid out and I should have stopped him but I figured they would have good intuition and knowledge of what’s going on with the machine. Instead of making sure that 100% of the fluid was out of the car they trusted the machine and overfilled my transmission fluid tank. This was right before my road trip to Virginia. I do admit they were awesome and sent the manager from Canton to Monroe to see what was going on because I wasn’t going to risk messing up my transmission as I didn’t know fully what was going on at that moment. They drained 1 1/4L of the fluid and the car was fine after that. They said that customer service would automatically give me a refund for the trans fluid change (I did not expect them to refund the entire purchase just the trans fluid change). I assumed that they would take note of what car was mine and time I came in to make the proper accommodations (it’s easy to look at invoice history) but after two months I’ve heard nothing from them and not received a refund. I probably will not get my oil changed here from now on which sucks because I actually trusted the place. I still have to get my trans fluid changed because there is old fluid in there."
