"These guys charge a 2-hour minimum labor rate. Took a clean interior vehicle there to have repaired when they gave me my vehicle back. I had oil stains on my clothing from where their mechanic spent a considerable amount of time sitting in my vehicle. Then, the mechanic criticized my vehicle because it was not his choice of vehicle to work on. I overheard the shop talking about they needed a 15/16 wrench to remove the part on my vehicle. I had bought a new part that was OEM from the dealer for them to repair my vehicle. Somehow, the mechanic attempted to repair, they told me they wanted me to drop my vehicle off, but they have a waiting room. These guys are not honest people. I have plans to take my vehicle to the dealer for repairs. They offered me a creeper to look under my vehicle for a repair that requires a lift. They were more than happy to take my $400.00 for a repair that should have cost me $200.00. Avoid at all cost."

They asked me to pay before any technician appeared and I felt exposed, so much so that I was unwilling. But I decided to just take the dive and paid it. Half an hour later, a mechanic appeared and did his job. My trust had been stretched to the limits and they won finally. Great people."
