"Matrix Window Cleaning LLC has been a frequent customer of Lowe’s for over 10+ years now. Unfortunately tonight we had a Lowe's manager named Kourtney who was utterly disrespectful and treated us like trash. We could all tell she had an attitude from the moment she approached us. We explained the issue we had, and she did everything in her power to not help us with the issue. Even the other employee that was ringing us up apologized for her attitude and how she handled the situation. Moving forward our company will only be doing business with Home Depot."

"Very large store. Appears clean. Ilses are clear. Parking is ample. Great location with the store located at a Crossway of 2 main roads. Great selection with inventory. Prices are competitive. However, not many sales are offered. The customer service is lacking. Staff is not always knowledgeable with products offered and not very attentive when you need help. You kinda feel ignored or plain on your own more times than not."

"I don't always find what I'm looking for because sometimes stock is just low but all the employees that I have ever asked for help have helped me. I frequent this Lowe's and so does my partner who just bought a home so we'll be in there even more often. Like we were this morning buying locks for the new home, an employee help me take the keys out of the locks so we could get the copies immediately while we were still in the store and then someone else helped me check out even though I was at self checkout and this is the normal procedure for this location they're just as helpful as they possibly can be and they're friendly, which is all I can ask for from a home improvement store."

"This Lowe's has the best workers. Kathy was very polite and helpful when we were checking out. Military discounts are very appreciated! 10/10 highly recommended 7/17/23 I went to pick up a few items I ordered online for pickup. After I ordered within 10 minutes I got the notification that my pickup was ready so I headed out to go get it. The associate named Lauren helped me find my order, got me my goods and I was on my way home literally in like 1 minute. It was the easiest transaction I've ever had. 10/10 service"

In all my travels up and down the country, and even in foreign modernized countries, I have never seen a hardware store so beautifully represent the thanks that they have for veterans and the respect for those who never made it home. You fine folks moved this man to tears today in such a good way. Credit belongs to Mr. Stacey who is the Lowe's employee who designed this and made it possible. Thank you for such a beautiful token.
