They troubleshot a site specific challenge I had, were neat and clean, very careful about their work overall, and were very friendly and polite. Honestly, Sargent Appliance provided me with the best customer experience I can ever recall receiving from a store in my life, certainly within the past five or ten years."

After waiting until 8:30 pm for delivery, they finished up and left with gas leaking from the dryer. Had to call Consumers Energy and for emergency service when I discovered the leak Saturday morning. If they offer installation, just say ‘no’."
