"Probably not gonna add much that wasn’t mentioned but you’re way better off going anywhere else. Both Kenny and Mark are very shifty and they strung me along for literal months to fix the defective washer they sold me. Only to reach the conclusion that it isn’t fixable but it’s been over a year since date of purchase so too bad. Extremely unprofessional interactions after they get you to buy something where you have to repeatedly text and call to get any response and then get responses like “it’s just funny to me you want a refund/replacement after you had this washer for a year”. If you also think the old washers are better, go to any other store. If not, pay an extra $200 and get something new from Costco or something. IF YOU MUST do business with them, make sure to use a credit card so you can have some sort of buyer protection because they sure don’t provide it."

"Do not I repeat do not deal with this business. Bad business! They quoted me a price the owner said the deal was sealed at 6:23p.m. He told me to be at the store at 9a.m the next morning to pay so I could get delivery that day. I went to the bank came the next morning at 8:40a.m with over $ 1600.00 cash only to find out my appliances were sold at 6:45p.m yesterday 20 minutes after the owner said they were mine. They didn't try to correct this in any kind of way. I basically was out of luck. They don't deserve any stars. I would not recommend this business to anyone. 6:45p.m 20 minutes as ta"

"These guys are great. My family all use Kenny, but I also worked with David who is good as well. You can get brand new or used appliances. The brand new is usually floor models or has a ding somewhere. Kenny has always found me a brand new appliance with a ding in the back where nobody will see it. We've bought complete sets of kitchen appliances and just 1 off pieces at different times. Kenny and David will give you many options but don't pressure you to buy. There are a few bad reviews on this page. Keep in mind 1. These units are used or floor models so they aren't perfect (which is why you get them for half price). 2. These guys have a ton of customers. By the time you see it on Facebook, it's probably already sold. They aren't leading you astray if it's gone. Their newer stuff just sells faster than you can drive to the store. Your best bet is to walk in to one of their stores ready to buy. You'll get great product at a great price with a 1-year complete warranty. I recommend this place, specifically Kenny and David."

"Caveat Emptor. (Let the buyer beware). Upon initial inspection the wash machine we purchased looked nice inside and out. It wasn't until we got it home that we realized the drawer for the detergent and softener was covered in Iron deposit. The softener drawer was partially MELTED. Which I can only assume means the internals of the machine are all gummed up with iron deposits as well. When we purchased the machine we were told that one of there best techs had went over the machine top to bottom. Its a used machine. I get it. I don't expect perfection. We spent close to $400 on a machine that we expected to be in reasonably good shape and clean. When asked about remedying the situation, we were told to order a replacement part from ebay and they would split the cost. When we bought the washer we were told it came with a one year warranty. The warranty is a joke. You can read the terms for yourself (pic attached)."
