"The lady that did my mani/pedi did not do a good job. She pretended to file my toes and hands barely filing them, didn't trim my cuticles and while I was there a return customer came in and complained of her toe nail being green from their work. They are not clean enough for me. I dont trust their sanitary practices.I wasted $71 on a mani/ pedi with shellac that was a terrible job. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE HI TECH NAILS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. This place needs to be shut down."

"Came here on 10/21 for my birthday. This was not my first time coming to this shop. The Lady rushed through my entire set literally. I Had to sit for an extra 20-30 minutes just to get my nails to dry although they are supposed to dry faster with the shellac. Apparently they still never dried because It hasn’t even been 10 days yet and five of my nails have chipped on the corners. The polish is peeling on three different nails and they are lifting. She didn’t cut my cuticles. Didn’t clean the excess polish around my fingers. It looks like I’ve had this set for a month. Very poor job. I would not recommend unless you like to waste your money. The girl that did my toes did an amazing job though! No chips or breaks so that specific lady just didn’t take her time with my set and now my nails look terrible. Worst birthday set ever."

"They don’t care about your natural nails!! They file your natural bed down too thin and are rough and rush through nail prep that’s why your nails burn or hurt the next day they lie and change prices when they feel like it this is another shop that uses the language barrier to take advantage of not only black people but all people and that is so sad! She walked a way to the back and didn’t clean my fingers off from all the residue of the gel polish and the acrylic and someone else checked me out and then had an attitude because I didn’t have cash to pay and then asked again rudely then had audacity to ask me if I was going to put a tip on the receipt!??!"

"The lady who did my nails did an awful rushed job and complained about the simple style I asked for. They didn’t have any glitter for the original style that I wanted initially so then I asked about some different designs she could do and showed her pictures and it seemed like everything I showed her and asked to do she said no then she was very rough with the drill fixing my nail set and had an attitude when I didn’t like the design she was doing and asked her to fix it and it looks absolutely awful and not even remotely close to what I was going for. There’s still a bunch of product all around my cuticles that she didn’t clean up the shape is wrong and the polish is all lumpy. Then the lady that did my toes did an awful rushed and messy job with streaks and product still all around my actual toes. Looks like a kid did it and was completely overpriced. Wish I could rate zero stars. NEVER going back."
