The fact that the door says the open at 10:15 and my grandmother and I have been waiting for an hour for them to open is the most unprofessional trait for a small business. I will not attempt to give Q1 Nails my service again. Thank you for telling us how you feel about your customers! P.S. Their phone number does not work! Update: at 11:20 the finally show up and the 3rd tech leaves while the other 2 work on other customer and still have 2 people waiting to be serviced."
"I love stephanie she is Good at my daughters nails.Except everytime i get my nails done 8 or 9days later they start to come off . I don't even have a chance to get them filled in at 2 weeks.I tried going 3different times ALWAYS happens.they are beautiful no longer than a week and i take care of them. Never fails."
