"Do not go here!! I am surprised they have such great reviews. Not only did I watch them REUSE THE SAME TOOLS on myself and the lady next to me at pedicure. (They just toss the tools back on a tray that they share as they're doing the service, HIGHLY unsanitary!) And I also got my nails done and when I had to have my acrylics removed for work, she RIPPED THEM OFF BY SHOVING ANOTHER NAIL UNDER THEM!!! it hurt so bad and she just said "poor baby" and when I asked if she could soak them off she said "no no, can't do that" and that it "takes too long". Such unsanitary and lazy practices it is unbelievable. The nails didn't look that good I had to stop at another nail salon on my way to vacation to get them filed and shaped correctly. The gems weren't even. I could go on, just please save your money and go elsewhere. Pics for proof of them destroying my nails. If you look you can see how after ripping the nails off, I asked her to smooth them out, and she dug into my real nails with the drill. Look how uneven they left my nails. I really just can't believe how bad this experience was, and I went twice. I paid $15 to get the nails off. Ridiculous."
