"Came in for a last minute pedicure for me a my daughter. I’ve never been here and thought that they give you the express unless you specify. I hadn’t seen the prices since their website seems to be corrupted and I got a warning not to click the site. The water was cold, she never asked if I liked the temperature. Again I thought I was getting the express because she was going very quickly and I must say was not a very friendly person. Just like an assembly line, trying to get the most done and I get it, you are there to make money not friends. There is a sign on the screen that says if your signature pedicure is under 35 minutes, it is free. When she finished and brought me the bill and I saw that i was charged for the signature pedicure I questioned the time, she said it doesn’t have to be exactly 35 minutes, I swear she only worked on me and my daughter for 25-30 minutes tops, my daughter probably 20 because they painted her fingernails (which btw they charge $20 to just paint them, nothing else!!!) and I still wasn’t done yet!! So I tried to tally to them and they shut me down telling me that the time doesn’t matter. Don’t post something like that in the wall if you are not going to abide by it. I will not be returning there again."

"DO NOT COME HERE ! I called them at 6:00 prior to coming in for a GELX and Pedicure, and they told me to come.. even though they close at 7:30... so I came, and they said two technicians would work on me at the same time but that it would be $10 more just for that reason... OK... My pedicure was okay, but my GELX experience was terrible. First off I had a young technician, and she applied two out 5 of my nails crooked, and was not confident during her work. She attempted to fix it it prior to removing the nails and they still looked crooked...At this point her aunt took over my GELX and restarted my entire right hand. She was taking longer than usual for GEL X and did not prep my nails properly, additionally she applied my nails crooked too and had to remove them.. I was still there at 9pm trying to get this completed, and when they asked me to pay a total of $167...for GEL X and a basic gel pedicure.. there were 2 credit card fees even though I only used one card to pay, and the additional $10 for having two technicians work on me (one for the pedi and one for the GEL X) This amount is excessive compared to other salons and the poor work that they provide... the worst part is that the next day after I scrubbed out of my OR case, my nail polish had chipped off in 7 nails... I called the salon to get it fixed, and my concerned weren't acknowledged... in fact Sophia said "After speaking to the technician, they spent too much time with you, and we cant help you, so you would have to get it fixed somewhere else" She basically was calling me a lying and stating that there is no way that my gel polish had chipped off... Then she said that the supervisor would call me, and I have yet to receive a call... They have terrible customer service, and are frankly robbing people money with their poor services. They are unprofessional and I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE ! Infact they shouldnt be in business."

"Last Tuesday I went to get my nails done for the first time at nails 07. I received a gel manicure with extensions. The entire experience at the salon was great, but by Friday my nails were lifting, and by Sunday two of my nails completely ripped off. On Christmas morning (Monday) one of my nails that was lifting got caught and completely tore a part of my natural nail off. For the price of the manicure I was expecting the nails to last at least through Christmas. To have them lift and pop off after less than a week of being done is very disappointing."

"I recently moved to the area from Chicago. This place is better than where I lived in Chicago! She took her time with my pedicure and was amazing!!! My fiancé came and got her nails done. She has to be careful not to bleed because of medical issues. Her woman was gentle and careful!! No bleeding! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!!"
