"I alway la have a great experience at Royal Touch nails. Everyone is so nice, friendly, efficient, and they provide quality services. They also guarantee their work and if for whatever reason the service isn’t perfect, they’ll fix it at no cost; of course within a reasonable timeframe of your initial visit. It’s always clean and nicely decorated. I’ve tried other places but none compare to Royal Touch. Thanks to the entire staff! Fabulous!"

"I have been coming to Royal Touch for 3 years now. And for very good reasons. The staff is diligent and efficient. The salon is always kept clean and organized, it is aesthetically pleasing to be in there. I am always greeted with excitement and kindness. Anna and Cindy make my experience a great one each and every time. My nails have become stronger and healthier throughout the years. Cindy takes care of me and my nail needs, everything from color suggestions to squeezing me in for appointments even if that means staying late after they close. She is wonderful. Cindy is also very talented, she knows exactly how to shape my nails and paint them to perfection. No lumps or bumps. She takes her time and never makes me feel like I am being rushed. in all 3 years, I have never had one complaint to give. I have been completely satisfy with their service. I will recommend everyone to go to Royal Touch."

"Do not come here especially on a Sunday. I did not have a good experience and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Nail technician didn't speak to me just the co workers the whole time. Didn't ask me what shape wanted and just asked if i wanted my nails shorter. After that she just started buffing my nails. I noticed she was doing things in an odd order so I asked when she was going to shape them and she sighed loud and I said sorry I wasn't trying to come off rude I just wanted to know what was going on. You could tell she was rushing and didn't care about her work. She was doing things so fast i didnt get a chance to look at my nails and see if i didnt like how they look. Plus i felt so uncomfortable to say anything. I got home and showed my friend my nails and she said my nails are uneven and there's a bubble forming up in the nail polish on one nail. I looked at them more and noticed too. I am not pleased with my first time there. Also, I called to see when was a good time and I showed up at that time and they didn't have a person ready to do fill in nails and said I had to wait a little bit. I didn't think I would sit there for 40 -45 minutes. It's like they forgot about me didn't check up or apologize to me. I wish they would have told me on the phone they had all these appointments at 12:30...... they overbooked themselves and ask what I wanted done. The lady rushed me off the phone too!!! I'm not happy with this place"

"I’ve been coming here and only here for my nail needs for ~2 years now and I request the same nail tech every time—Tracie, because she did my nails on my first visit and I’ve never looked back. She does a beautiful job every time and accommodates my special requests so well, without complaint, I feel comfortable trusting this salon to give me what I want each time I make an appointment. I’ve never left an appointment with this salon regretting my experience and plan to continue coming here, whether on a regular basis or even when I randomly feel like having a positive self-care day. The pedicure massage chairs and overall ambience of the salon don’t suck either!"
