"I haven't had my hair cut in about 3 years. My last haircut was at home because of covid and hadn't gotten it cut since because I let my cousin cut my hair, and she took off waaay more than I asked her to. I was also new to the area and didn't know any good places yet and didn't have anyone to ask since my family all cut their hair at home and I prefer salons. After waiting a really long time to get my haircut, I made an appointment here, and it turned out awesome! Keyona was my stylist, and she did amazing. My hair hasn't looked this good in years! I am so happy. I'll admit I was a little nervous going in with Keyona because she only had 1 review but it was 5 stars so i gave her a chance and she is one of the best stylists I've ever had!! She was very nice, listened to what I wanted, she was fast and the cut was amazing! I'm going to come back to her the next time I need another haircut! (It will not be 3 years this time, lol) The lady at the front desk was very patient, I had some card troubles (I swear the thing hates me or something) and she was very kind and waited for me to figure out the problem without making me feel insecure about the card troubles or pressuring me to move faster. It was an easy fix, but I definitely got nervous because it sucks when something goes wrong when you're not expecting it. The cut was also much cheaper than I expected. The cut was $55. At other places, I looked at a woman's haircut was $75+. I will be coming back here and will be happy to tell everyone I know to go here or at least gush over how much I love this cut!"
"I have extremely long hair. And the salon is reassured me numerous times that my hair will come out perfect. I had a bad experience in the beginning of Corona just before it happened lady cut my hair and messed up and I had to go short. And the staff at the salon is very most nice. Have a good day look forward to my facial."
"My regular stylist moved out of state so I tried Ella Rae yesterday and Michelle was amazing. She did a wash, cut, and eyebrows and was friendly, quick, and efficient. Asked her to take off only what was necessary to clean it up, same with eyebrows and she really did a great job, I'm very happy. Will definitely be back."
