"The owner Ron did a great job diagnosing and getting my car back on the road. I was stranded in a Kroger parking lot, he came out and determined the connecting wire to my starter was hanging loose along with a couple other issues and he successfully got it to start in an hour or less. He even dropped the price for me by $30 so I could have some gas money to get me through the week at work. I'll be calling him to do my struts soon."
"When I called, the guy on the phone was friendly. I told him my issue, he said he can come my way to look at my vehicle. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday (yesterday) at 6:30. He even sent a confirmation text… I confirmed. On the day of the appointment I texted at 6:00 to make sure he had my address….No response, I called at 6:25 (no answer), I waited around til 7:30… no show. I called again (no answer)."
