"I should of known this place would su$@ when they was completely empty at 3pm. And they stayed empty our entire visit. My daughter and granddaughter came with me so they can get their nails done as well for my 51st Birthday. The guy (Rot) doing our nails ($50) burned me with the drill. I Pulled back in pain and he looked annoyed. I responded, "You burnt me". he said "you ok"?, not I'm sorry. And after agreeing on the length of my nails, he cut off even more. When I complained he said , " you said short ", I said yeah the length it was before you started cutting more. Then when I got my feet done $25, they cut my cuticles too deep. My daughter paid cash for her nails $50 and credit for my granddaughters $15. At 4am, she got a second notification from her credit card of another withdrawal from this company for another $32 . They Double dipped. This was the worse place i ever been to. My nails are ugly and my toes hurt . They Ruined my birthday . They got 1 star just so I could post. I hope this post help save people from having to experience the same disappointment i have."

"I usually get my nails done by Rot (as requested) but last time i booked with him, he gave me a very NASTY attitude. I came in to get my nail re-polished due to the nail chipping. I have simply asked for the nail to be filed into a square shape, and he refused. He gave me an snarky response saying “No, I will not file because it is too short and you it’s only one nail” while he said it, he looked and talked to me like I was incompetent. If i am booking a service with you and REQUEST a certain service, I shall receive that service. There were other times where he gave me attitudes, but I always kept positive and respectful because he was still the best nail tech in town, but RESPECT always comes first. below are photos of my left hand perfectly shaped square nails, compared to the right thumbnail that’s STILL not filed because he refused."

"I haven’t been here since high school. I came back for the first time and Rot did an incredible job on my nails! He was attentive, kind, and made sure I was satisfied with my service. The workers are all very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend 10/10"
