"The pregnant lady who works here (don’t know her name) is rude for no apparent reason. No matter how polite I was to her it did no good. She was still rude. I never want her doing my nails again."
"Don't go here. Very poor customer service. Very rudimentary experience. I had to walk the guy through how to cut cuticles....TWICE.. on both feet... with severally toes. Icaught him just moving the clippers around the cuticles instead of actually clipping them. When I asked for help from other employees they half heartedly did so. I don't want to go anywhere where I have to watch them to get dinner what I paid for. I just want to relax and they'll do the service right."
"The first time I got my nails done here was great, by the time I needed a fill in my nails were nearly falling off due to the poor products used to do my nails. I came in and explained that I got my nails here done last time and I just wanted to fill in and then the girl clipped off half my nails with a tool and demanded I pay for a full set. Business tactic to make your customer pay more for a service. very poor customer service I had to leave with nails that were grown down becayse they clipped them off. Worst experience in my 15 years of getting my nails done I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to come here."

"The shape of the nails is nice and everything but I asked for a marble look on two nails and she just did what her mind told her to do instead, when I got home I had to sit and clean up around the nail, but yk I can live with all that because they still look nice but I ain’t paying for all that attitude that she gave me she was very rude and trying to be smart with me... I’m paying for mi nail and she was there doing her own thing on my nails plus attitude. Nope I’m done."
