"My daughter went here and left in tears, not only was the technician rude and unprofessional he wouldn’t even allow her to choose her own color. Told her the one she chose was ugly and refused to apply it for her and applied a color of his choice. On top of that, her nail beds were bloody from his inexperience in using the drill. Not only was this a waste of her time but also a waste of her money for she had to soak them in acetone when she got home. It is too bad negative stars aren’t an option because I would definitely be using one now if it was available."
"They did a great job bringing my design idea together. I think they turned out great and the hand painted snowflakes are done so well."
"Great salon!!! Kevin does an amazing job everytime - very good attention to detail!!! They are also very considerate of my mom, assisting her when sitting or getting up - even bringing water for her to wash her hands instead of making her walk. The place is always clean and well taken care of. We have always had a nice experience."
"I had been going here for years but this week has made me rethink ever going back again & if I could give a negative 5, I would. The nail tech (Calvin) that sits in chair #4 totally messed up my nails. For some reason he got an attitude because I didn't want to use a color (not sure if they get paid more for using the colors or what) this time I just wanted clear. But he kept trying to convince me, wasn't listening & proceeded to cut and buff and file so hard until my nails were short and thin & cuticles were gone. Each nail has an indentured cuticle bed because he was so rough. Usually the techs work with care and are quite meticulous but this time I noticed the owner (or manager, not sure) she wasn't there so I guess he saw that as an opportunity to be rough & rude. I will be looking for a new nail salon, where they listen without attitude because it's going to take awhile to repair the damage done to my nails."
