"I have been going to Happy Nails for a few months now for a weekly manicure and a once a month pedicure. The salon is clean and well maintained, and they autoclave their tools after each use. It is very busy and sometimes there is a wait, but generally not very long. The service is a quick basic mani/pedi that looks good once done. If you are looking for a long slow spa experience you will not get that here, but that is fine. At such a low cost you get a nice clean manicure and you can be in and out quickly to get on with your day. The staff are all business, but not rude. I think that some of the people who reviewed them poorly are expecting way too much for a 15 dollar manicure. If you want to be fussed over and pampered spend the 50 bucks at a spa. If you just want pretty nails at a low price and to get on with your busy day then this is your place. I am giving them five stars based on the price point of the service provided."

"This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. The service here is terrible and they rush your nails. Your nails life within a day or two. I was shocked that the older lady who is also the owner has a really bad attitude. She is crazy & so rude to her costumers. If you want to run a good buisness, the first and most important thing is to show respect and courtesy to your clients. Terrible, 0/10."

"BEWARE girls! Absolutely the most atrocious nail salon I've ever been to! I had a full set of acrylics put on. The old woman who did them was very rude and aggressive when she did my nails. She finished the whole set before my sisters basic manicure was finished. 2 hours later they were lifting. I called and they said to come in to fix them. I came back in and once again the older lady (who I believe is the owner) snatched my hand, grabbed my purse threw it in the chair and yelled at me. I requested someone else do my nails as I felt threatened and she continued yelling. Never in my life have I experienced something so awful in a salon. This place does not conduct business professionally whatsoever. I wouldn't send my dog here to get his nails done. If I could rate this place lower than one star I would! Aggressive, rude, and pathetic is the best way to describe this business! I feel so bad for the people that work here. They told me this is just her "personality" and they have to deal with her temper all the time."

"Not at all pleased with this place. I had a coupon ($12.99 for a fill and color) and thought I would give them a try. I won't be going back. Children running around (their children) being very noisy. Very limited nail color selection.(advertise they only use OPI, not true!) "Mimi" asked me if I wanted my nails shortened and I said, please about 1/2 of their length. She says..that will be $1.00 extra charge! Never have I been to a nail salon where they charge you to shorten your nails. I have acrylic around the edges and she did a very sloppy job with my polish. I do not recommend this place for acrylic nails. I paid my $14.00 but only tipped her $2.00. I shouldn't have tipped her at all but figured she probably doesn't get very good tips because she sucks at her job!"
