"Extremely disappointed. First time here. I came in asking for a fill on my ombré nails. I’ll post a pic of what I had come in with grown out. I tell the guy that the my nails felt on the “chunkier” side and asked if he could thin them out. He agreed and said they way they placed my nails, they sat “lifted” on the ends. I agreed. He asked if I would like a new set and I said no, I just want the fill. This was the result of my fill. Solid white all the way down to new growth (literally have never seen anyone fill my ombré nails like this) And a pink fill that didn’t match. Not even mad about that.. but how is this ombré?? When he started shaping the nail on top, it started revealing the old pink color. That’s when he spoke up and said the only way to do a fill on ombré nails is to get a new set. Really? I always have ombré nails and have never had to get a new set every time I needed a fill. He then started saying don’t worry, we’ll put color over it so you can’t see it. I can not have nail polish on for work which is why I always do ombré. I was so livid I couldn’t speak and was shaking. I paid and left. My sister in law was with me and went back in to talk to them. She said the guy told her that he didn’t have the right pink color to match and that’s why I needed a new set which I refused to get. A lie bc he only was pushing a new set bc my nails seemed lift. Again, I wasn’t mad about the color not matching the pink. Not a big deal.. but do not tell people you can do ombré nails when you cannot. How can you look at what I came in with and what you gave me and say the problem is the pink doesn’t match??!! I now have a solid white chunk with pink splotched all around underneath gold sparkle polish- which I cannot wear to work. He also told my sister that what I left with was better than what I came in with. I’m sorry but no, this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Please be honest with your customers if you don’t know how to do something."

"Have never been disappointed with getting my eyebrows done here. I have gone so many times, that they know what I am there for as soon as I walk through the door. Can't wait to see how great the manicures and pedicures are. Hopefully soon I will be revising this edit to tell of my experience of those two services. Update: Still wonderful job with my eyebrows being waxed; but recently got my nails done, and they were wonderfully done. ABSOLUTELY love them!!! Will definitely be back. And yes, they are worth the drive. I drive 20 minutes each time I go there, that's how wonderful they are."
