"This place has really gone down hill!! Often times my nails fall off within the first week, I tend the get them shorter. I usually get one accent nails and a full set of acrylics. The prices never match up to what the board says. The final price they give me is always at least $20 more than what the board indicates, not including tip. They also only use gel polish over acrylic nails rather than creating a gel nail. My nails are often crooked and uneven as well! They also never do the design that I ask for and unfortunately there’s a bit of a language barrier so they never clarify anything. I always think they understood what I asked and then try and trust the process but it never really turns out great. I’ve also watched a customer explain to her nail tech that she had asked for something different. The nail tech began to argue with her and my nail tech got up and jumped in too. Both nail techs started yelling at this woman and berating her in front of a shop full of customers. Very unprofessional and will not be back."
"I will definitely come back to this place! Just wanted a quick walk-in for a polish change and that's exactly what I got. They were super efficient but also did a nice, thorough job on my polish. I was in and out in about 20 minutes at a reasonable price too. Highly recommend!"

"I have been going to Michael Nails in Plymouth for several years. They are the best!! I have a busy schedule and love that I can walk in at any time and get a pedicure. They do a wonderful job. ALL of the Techs are efficient and friendly. They are conveniently located near my home and open six days a week until 7:00 P.M. I highly recommend Michael Nails & Spa to anyone looking for a nail salon in the Plymouth/Canton area."
