"I just want to say not every day you get phenomenal customer service. Call and Jamal were the best ever, not only did they exemplify great knowledge of their products both of them went above and beyond to help me execute the projects in my house. Jamal even stayed with me while Cal was helping me find molding for my floor and then he also took me to his area to get other items I needed for for my kitchen floor. Thank you so much for hiring people that actually care about their job and helping people it was greatly appreciated I will continue to shop at this particular location"
"I ran outta hours and had to park my truck for shutdown. I went inside to ask about parking there. The manager and the ladies at the checkout told me it would be fine. I walked half the store and was in awe at how nice, clean, and organized this Lowe's was kept. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly."
"My visit started out as -1 star when I walked in & spoke w/the 1st rep that I approached; but ended in a great experience, thanks to Mr. Henry, so I rated 5 stars!! I walked in, approached a customer service rep near the counter. I greeted the rep with a hello, & asked a couple of questions for help. Based on the responses that I received I appeared to be a bit of a bother, so I asked for another rep to be called. Mr. Henry, unaware of what I'd just encountered, immediately greeted me with smiles & assisted. It's important that understand that as REPS, WE ARE the face of the business. Thanks again Mr. Henry for keeping me from taking my business elsewhere. We'll done!!"
"this is my local Lowe's, so I can't speak for every location... extremely busy. I found it difficult to find an employee to help me find what I was looking for. once I did he really wasn't any help! once I decided to settle for less than what I wanted, I saw the line to check out. only self checkout, and the line was at least 15 people deep. so I walked out."
