"I do weird things with chainsaws, and they always give me the parts I need, even if they don't go to the saws I'm putting them on. Also, they have lite bars in stock"
"I really think I was overcharged for what I had them fix. I asked what parts were replaced; Tom said the parts in stock. I wasn't shown what the fix was. I did have them replace my blade's and they were bent. They did give them back to me. I'm not going to bring another tool there for them to overcharge me. The total cost was $280.00. That is a lot of money since I'm on disability."
"They like to scam unknown or new customers. My brother in-law gave my father a snow thrower and the 2 receipts that are less than one year apart with no snow in between. My brother in-laws paperwork shows "paddles in peak condition". Yet, when I took it in for a no start issue. They charged me over $400 for a complete rebuild of everything. Never go here again."

"You can see the building clear from the road. The parking lot is on the small side, but it's just big enough. When you walk in the building it's well kept and clean. Everything is in place and the customer service is nice once they get to talking about the machine you are interested in. The people seem to really be very knowledgeable about the equipment. Will definitely be going back to make more purchases in the future."
