"I had a terrible experience at this place (Warren, MI) and I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. I purchased shoes from this place for my daughter, they (both the left and the right) broke after two days and the customer service said "she messed up this product" and refused to return without the tag (who would keep the tag after using the product). I would not recommend this place to anyone."
"The selection is ok, I was able to find a new "sherpa lined" styled huddie for my son although all the other retailers I checked were out of them. It's a fast option for fast growing boys. I don't know how long it will last but it was great to find something similar I was searching for. The customer service was ok. They do not accept returns on under garments, even if it has the factory seal intact and has not been opened. I purchased 2 sizes for my son. He picked the size he thought was best (he told me they fit well after wearing them 2 days this week). However, I could not return the size he did not pick. It was a waste of $9. Be sure you only purchase what you know is needed for a proper fit. Also, look for the signs stating the return restrictions, I missed them. It may also help if the cashier tells the customer again before cashing them out. I also didn't see the sign at the open register. Two signs were placed at the closed registers. However, the huddies purchased for my other son fit well, he is pleased with them."

"It was my first time shopping at this store. My cashier was fast and friendly. He gave great customer service and made us laugh. Due to the holidays we knew it'll been busy, the line was long. However in our waiting from one cashier...customers were still shopping and after one part of the party being done she let others 2-3 people come cut in line. Now this was a major issue for the entire line. Even the other cashiers who had to work harder. The prices for some things were ok. I just wish that all the cashiers gave better customer service and let others cut."
