"Got quoted $35 for my oil change ended up paying 45 when I picked up my car. They claim that my car was too rusty to be lifted up by the pinch welds, which was not true but for their policy it was too rusty and I have 17 inch rims on my car And I bought tires that fit 17 inches and they will not do it because the “stock” size of rims for my car are 18s even though my car has the same exact tires that I’m trying to be put on and that rim size, waste of a day off"
"Poor customer service. Wouldnt repair tire. Said there was metal showing. No. But it was done. Beyond saving. So I asked for 2 new ones. Same tires as I had put on 1 year ago. Short life span. Then I get a call and told my vehicle was to rusty to lift. So shrug. See ya. I show up with Jack from home and my impact. Few min I'm rolling tires in. Andy I believe is assistant manager of auto repair. Took over and was awesome!!! Restored my view of Walmart tire. Thanks a ton Andy. !! K"
