"Our technician, Mike, came to do a diagnosis of our Bosch dishwasher. Mike, fix the issue immediately and now our dishwasher is running like new! Thanks Mike!!"

"Poor customer service, Waste of time, they contract through Frigidaire and other appliance companies. They will take a month to come out to your house and do everything in there power not to help and avoid fixing it covered by warranty. Per other ratings other people have had the same issue."

"Had a service scheduled by my oven company under warranty for parts and labor. Got a call from the very pleasant (sarcasm) “manager” at 8 AM to tell me there would be a $105 fee just to come out that wasn’t a part of the parts and labor covered by the warranty. Advanced Appliance’s website states “no call fee if repairs are done by tech, GUARANTEED” so when I called back to the “manager” to ask why the discrepancy, I was told it was a “dia fee” just to have a tech come out there. Sounds like a service fee to me. When the rep was stumped by my question I was told to call my product company back and schedule with a different provider by the excellent customer service skilled “manager”. My recommendation to everyone, seek a better service provider for your appliance repair, and for Advanced Appliance, maybe some customer service training? Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here."

"Tried several times to get them out to look at our refrigerator, and they lied several times stating that no one answered and that our appointment had been scheduled for different date. Never showed for previous appointment. Receptionist was very rude,"

"Bad. Canceled a scheduled appointment without providing any notice. And then lied about it by putting it as "client preference" in the system, meaning that I canceled it. Just awful. Reply to Owner: I did call the warranty company immediately after speaking to your office and they said that you guys canceled the appointment and it was your responsibility to provide notice. Furthermore, when I was on the phone with your office, you did not provide any information regarding that the job was "never accepted and was sent back to them as we did not have a technician available for your area." Frankly, from a customer's perspective, it doesn't really matter. It's a he-said she-said situation. All I know is that, from a customer's point of view, I was told that the appointment was set up and to wait for a technician to come. That didn't happen and I wasn't notified. If the warranty company and your office had an agreement regarding these types of jobs, then there should have been a system in place to provide notification when an appointment is canceled/not accepted. The onus should not be on the customer to be a detective and figure out why the system broke down."
