"I visited my usual Ace Hardware store, where I've been a periodic shopper. Regrettably, my most recent visit was ruined by the terrible customer service provided by an associate named Karen. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel distinctly unwelcome as a black customer. This negative encounter has left me with no desire to return to that particular store location in the near future. Such representation reflects poorly on your store."

"A year ago I gave them five stars. Today they get one. I live in Allen Park, and I want to support local business even if I pay more. I go off in an app to use my rewards. The rewards you get in the mail you can’t use right away. They give you a specific time frame and you have to spend enough. Generally they accept the rewards as long as they’re within the date. They won’t do that anymore. When I spent $100 getting 10 or $20 off makes a difference. I bought a total of 66 gallons of Anti-freeze. He getting an attitude about a cart is the last thing I want. The other thing I don’t want is single gallons when cases come in six. I guess it’s off to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on"
