"The first thing that I should mention is that the owner/manager was barking out directions to the workers like they were on a treadmill., fast-paced. There was no line or anyone waiting. He was not patient for a reply from the workers and the directions were almost at a 'yell'. The workers were not happy, I could see it on their faces. Secondly, my SUV takes synthetic, I'm aware of this point but I can also read the price chart on the wall. One charge, 'Better, is $39.99. The 'Best' is $79.99. The owner did not ask me prior to the start at the oil change what my preference was. He continued to do his duties, and then presented me with a bill for almost $80.00. I was not pleased and he explained that my car takes more than 5 qts. I know this but the bill didn't make sense to me. I stated that I should have been asked which oil change I wanted instead of going ahead and doing the change with the more expensive oil. He did, however, take $8 off the bill for my trouble. Not sure I will be returning. The workers were very pleasant."
"Stopped by yesterday to get an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and especially the owner he looked and noticed there was a small leak from the coolant and he fixed it without hesitation for free. Very reasonably priced, very quick service and very good people. Not taking my car anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend Oil Change Center!!!"
"Jordan and Sam were great. I always remember how welcoming Sam is the few times I've came in. I didn't catch the name of the guy underneath. Typically I change my own oil + filter and change it myself because it's hard to find people to do a simple job nowadays. Good people work here and good attention to detail. Thanks guys"
