"I walked in to get a part for my truck and the girl at the counter couldn't find the part even thought there was one in stock she called the manager over and he stood there and then asked a guy named Ron if he know....well Ron did he checked the places the girl was sent to check which I'd have done the same then looked in a looked box behind the register if it wasn't for Ron I wouldn't have spent my 100$ there.....Ron did what he should have done as an employee the manager will I think he should be demoted Ron can take that spot bc. He obviously dose not care if sales are high or low.....why not promote the hard workers the people that put the effort forward....the ones that have the knowledge ehhh.....give the higher spots to the buddies or the liked not the deserved"
